Updating or Changing site owners via STSADM

when we Install SharePoint it ask the administrator name and Password for SharePoint Central administration Site. If we don’t have the OS administrator password because upon OS installation we not specified the login Credential so when we start os it does not ask for the credential, in this situation upon SharePoint installation it ask the admin login name and password and we assign the default administrator. after SharePoint installation when we open the SharePoint Central Administration site then it ask the User Name and Password.

Because we don’t have the password and upon installation we not specified password but it does not allow opening the any site.

Solution is:

1. Updating site owners via STSADM

stsadm.exe -o siteowner -url URL [-ownerlogin DOMAIN\User_Name | -secondownerlogin DOMAIN\User_Name]
